Family Relocation
At the age of fourteen, her family relocated to Hendersonville, Tennessee to help Taylor break into the country music industry the state is so famous for. Her dad even transferred offices while working for Merrill Lynch. Taylor was inspired to move to Nashville after watching a documentary about Faith Hill. Another big inspiration of hers was Shania Twain, who inspired her to pursue songwriting and country music. She has now gone on to sell over 40 million albums worldwide, which makes her one of the best-selling artists of all time!
